1. Sample: I want to test your products before place an order. Could you provide samples and how could I get them?
Yes, we offer small quantity samples for free. But the express freight should be charged by customers. If you have a A/C No. of courier DHL,UPS, TNT etc., please inform us with detail information of samples you need. We should send out samples as soon as possible.

2. Price: could I get your pricelist?
Yes, please tell us the product's name(with its Item number)and quantity you are interested in, then we will offer the corresponding price information.

3. Payment: what terms of payment do you accept?
T/T in advance, or Irrevocable L/C at sight.

4. Delivery: what is the delivery time if I place an order?
Normally the delivery time is 20 to 30 days depending on what quantity and what products you order.

5. OEM: could we place order by OEM style to produce our own brand products in China?
Yes, we provide OEM services.

6. After service: do you replace the products when broken or damaged?
Yes, we will replace any broken or damaged products with free charge during the warranty period so long as the problem is not caused by force majeure or man-made factor.
